It's been a while, and I figured that Drift's fan club would like an update

Drift has been working hard lately. We've had some really hyper clients, and she is able most days to calm them. There are some days that it seems like we spend all day going from kid to kid, but she still seems to love it.

Drift is also an amazing ambassador for our facility. One client's parents came in for a tour, and they had been to the competition as well. What sold them on our facility was the fact that we have Drift

The other day a new client came in with his dad for some initial paperwork and tour. They came over and met Drift. Drift would not leave the dad's side. He sat and pet her the whole time they were doing the paperwork, and I think she would have left with him as well. He asked if Drift is able to sense things about people, and I told him that she tends to go to the people she feels need her most. He smiled and continued petting her. He then told us about an accident that he had a few years ago and he broke his back in several places. He said that he has never been pain free since that, but that sitting there with Drift made him feel good for once. I told the dad that he is welcome to come and soak up Drift love anytime he needs it. Can I just say WOW, I have an amazing dog!!!!!

Kelly, I LOVE that picture of Drift. My Kaia sleeps like that, and never fails to make my heart melt when I see it.

Drift, what a forever special girl, whose daily therapy with these kids, makes her one in a million! Give that beautiful girl a big hug from me. I don't even know her, but I feel like I do from reading all your stories... I love her too, how could you not love a dog that special! Thanks for sharing.

What a beautifull photo Kelly... Her coloring is so beautiful. (yes, I know we are not supposed to care what our dogs look like but a beautiful dog is a beautiful dog!)

Wow Kelly, her furled little brow there looks like she’s got the weight of the world on her shoulders. She does such amazing work, almost like she’s got a sixth sense.

All that compassion wrapped up in that beautiful package. You are truly blessed. The world is truly blessed to have her in it.
