Steven Singh Webboard User Reg: 07-02-2011 Posts: 9 Loc: Offline	18 months? after the 18 month mark what do people usually see with a well bred working shepherd temperment wise? do they begin to get even more protective and we see more of their defense drive come out ? When is defense drive usually at its max? I know every dog is not the same i guess i was just roughly speaking. Curious to hear what those with lots of years of experience say. Correct me if i am wrong but prey drive seems to stay the same while defense drive often gets higher as the dog matures?

Steven Singh Webboard User Reg: 07-02-2011 Posts: 9 Loc: Offline	ic i didnt know that it usually did not show up until after 18 months after it shows up does it usually increase as the dog matures with most well bred working lines? I saw someone mention social aggression as something that often shows up after 18 months also was not sure if this has anything to do with defense, I was not even sure exactly what it meant.
