My pup learned to touch in two days. Now I am trying to get him to touch two different objects. Phone and the Remote. First I taught the phone and that took another two days. Now I am trying to challenge him. After about five treats, he looks at me like "really, you think I am that dumb?". Tired of the game. Had to move to hotdogs to get him excited. Salmon, Chicken and Peanut butter treats have gone the way of his small body.
Should I do it this way, or teach Remote separately. What was the DVD that gives me a clue to touch training? Or article... I am hoofing it, so don't feel bad, about piling on. I just watched the little mpeg on the site.
I assumed you guys meant for me to start touch and then teach him to touch objects. Is this right? If not, it seems to work fairly easy. Thanks for your patience.
