Have you tried a lock up when she's on the tug?
Your lack of movement could make her let go, then IMMEDIATELY mark for a rebite.
I've seen this work with a serious dog that had a serious out problem.
I would never feed a dog the tug.
How does he "work his way in"? The helper should be in coming side to side and never straight on.
Make her miss a couple of time before she is allowed to catch it. Even then it should be while the helper is moving side to side and not directly facing her.

That's what I meant when I said building drive. Everything is side to side with lots of misses. Keeping her in prey drive isn't a big problem any more. She has more drive for the helper than she does for the object, but that changes more every session.

Sadie worked on a sleeve for the first time last night. She accepted it straightaway and targeted nicely. We did a fair amount of work on her grips. Her strike is still not as committed at the beginning of the session as it is when she is heated.
Her carrying is much better. She hung onto "her" sleeve all the way out.
