For Harley to be calmer and keep the agility going. Improve engagement and focus and not forget the ob.
Dexter to engage more and play. Maybe do more ob and rally o. Agility is not for him at the moment.

For Ryuk and I
-getting a dog that plays tug with a helper consistantly and not only after he's inspected the entire area for a frisbee first
-get him stop acting like car rides hurt him, or that I put him in the car to torture him, or that the sound of a turn signal does not mean that we are there, and that every ride in the car means we're going somewhere to train (though I appreciate the "ready to go work" mindset when I let him out)
- BH title (and after that miles down the road, Sch I, then we'll be done )
-consistant retrieves of any thrown object on any surface, even when a toy is in the same area. Also, not dropping retrieved items even if my hand is there to catch it.
Personal goals
loose 20lbs, get in better shape, and learn parkour so I can keep up with my super climby jumping dog and follow him over various obstacles on campus...
get a job with a studio so that pay is more regular

With Ironhide: We are doing her AKC Novice and possibly Open obedience titles and AKC Rally level 1, with UKC her Rally level 2, AKC Tracking Title, her Schutzhund 1 and I am hoping an agility trial in August.
For Gladiator: His UKC Rally 1 title in April, his CGC in June and his BH in September.
Also, I need to have both of them ready for the Canada Day demo that we put on each year - so hopefully I will have 3-5 "tricks" taught to be able to put on a show!
*Don't worry, I don't need to eat, sleep, be a mother and wife, nor have a full-time job - dog training 24/7 here I come!

I'm starting Ziva on Open work. Jody is going on 11, he has both a CGC and CD so he gets to enjoy his old age.

Sasha already has her CGN so now I'm considering testing for Therapy Dog certification in December (once she turns a year old.)
Right now, I'm deciding between Rally or Tracking. Will probably do Rally until it warms up in the spring then start with the Tracking.
Great thread. Gives me lots of ideas for things to work on.

Competition-wise, for both my dogs, I would like to make a successful transition from rally to obedience. I'll keep competing in rally, shooting for the Rally Advanced Excellent (RAE) for both dogs, but by this time next year, I would also like to have the Companion Dog (CD) title on both of them.
Logan is going to be the biggest challenge. I guess a short-term goal is I would like to get through a heeling pattern without him looking away from me at other things he finds more interesting!
In general, my non-competition goal for Logan is to work on calming his demeanor so that he does not always act like a bouncy, wiggly puppy in an 85-pound body.

Let's see my goals are the following:
Trigger: at seven, maintain his usual good behavior although I would ask that he not bark once at an aquaintance so he can watch her jump.
Pongo: Work a little more on esensitizing her to certain sounds so she can join the carting club (wagon wheels on certain pavements like gravel still bother her) In progress and happening
Hobbes- reduce his dog reactivity to nil so he can test for the CGC. I know he can do it but it's still a long way off and continue carting training so he could possiblely go for a draft dog title. I'm just dreaming I know.
Balto- Continue basic ob and try to convince him that he wants to fetch a Balto size ball.
Foster dog Nitro- keep working on housebreaking, the "give" and "leave it" commands and continue work on conqueuring his resource guarding through proper management.
Personal goals:
convince 9yro daughter that Balto can ride in dog basket on her bike instead trotting beside it and that a shih tzso is not a small lab.

- Continue tracking training and start trialing in the spring.
- Agility has a lot of small goals leading up to trialing late next summer hopefully. (2on2off contact with nose touch, start 2x2 weaves in a few months, jump grids, one jump work, etc).
