I've met with trainers in my town, and they mean well but they don't know any more than I do. Just wondering if anyone knows a "quality" trainer in Florida, south Florida preferably. I reached out to Ivan Balibanov and it seems he just does seminars, which I will try to attend but I was hoping to find someone one on one. Plus, he's about 6 hours away. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks!

It would help if we knew exactly where in Fla. South Fl is a large area. The town or city would help narrow things down.
Also, are you just looking for OB/ basic training/advanced OB or are you looking for sport(SchH, FR, PSA, IPO etc) training. Or agility, flyball etc. All this info would help.
Sorry I wasn't more specific! I am in Naples, Florida. Which is on the west coast pretty much directly across from Miami. I am looking for obedience mostly. My dog is an Aussie, but easily distracted and a reactive barker to other dogs, but only until he gets close to them. Other than that he has no behavioral issues, great personality, etc.etc. I would just like to get some professional help to go along with what I am working on with the Michael Ellis dvds. I have emailed them to see if any of the graduates from his school live in Florida but never got a response. I would like to have a dog that "could" be off leash all the time, even though he probably wouldn't be. Definitely not for protection, but I really like the obedience I see from Shutzhund dogs. Thanks!!
