I finished up my 3 weeks in Louisiana, went home for 5 days and then headed to California. I'm currently at NTC with Marshall enjoying the sun I'll be finishing up here in a couple of weeks and then heading back home for a month.then it's off to Arizona for a bit, followed by a year or so overseas.
I haven't had much time at home, but the time spent with my family has been great. Pam is back to 100% and enjoying the reduction in back pain. We have been doing all the stuff we love and making each day count. I rarely open my laptop unless it is work related. I will have time for that later.
I hope this finds my Leerburg friends doing well and enjoying their families, people and canine alike.
Glad things are going better for you and Pam. Hey how's that tail-less devil doing? Logan wants you to know he knows how to find Valerian Root in a pill container for a ball. He says that is easy what next?
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.

Fama is well. She had a situation in Arizona with the heat because of he lack of work and conditioning over the last few months and she was sent home. I will be working with her new handler when I get back so she will be fine. She's still a kick ass detection dog.
Next for Logan would be more difficult puzzles for him to figure out. You can start giving a sit command right before you give him his ball to help shape that final response. You can start hiding it in the yard or different places around the neighborhood and asking him to find it. Just use your imagination.
