I don't see police being bothered with it there to busy.
I train with Zoey in a park right next to local police station and they have watched and said nothing one time while they were looking for a perp they stopped and asked me to put her on a leash, they said they didn't want to deal with the paperwork if they got a call about it.
Nothing to do with topic but I was pulled over just recently by police for a sure ticket rolling a stop but when the officer came up to the car Zoey went berserk barking head out the window and he just said never mind and turned around and left.
