Today it was ruled that the Stolen Valor Act is a violation of First Amendment rights. So frustrating- I love that we have rights in this country, but am really frustrated that it extends to the right to swindle, lie and downplay the men and women who have gave so much.

Lying and saying you have an award for something you didn't do is plain would be as dumb as doing that heroic act just for the reward itself. You can't mandate morality unfortunately...but I'm not for legalizing murder just for the record. I say we have the right to flog somebody for doing it then! Fair is fair right?
