Last time I had Kasey to the derma vet, I asked her if there are any breed of dog that she doesn't see with allergies - since I've had to allergy dogs in a row I'm interested to know this!
She said she sees every breed, and even mutts, except for this breed:

I have read that they don't cause allergies in as many people as some dogs do ... they themselves do indeed have atopy, though. (I know this firsthand; not a dog of my own, but I have known two with atopy.)
ETA
Still, maybe they have less that other breeds; I couldn't speak to that.

QUOTE: Atopic dermatitis is a disease in which there is an inherited tendency to develop IgE antibodies in response to exposure to allergens that areinhaled or absorbed through the skin. This extremely common allergic skin disease is second only to flea allergy dermatitis in frequency, and affects about 10 percent of dogs.
Atopy begins in dogs 1 to 3 years of age. Susceptible breeds include Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Lhasa Apsos, Wire Fox Terriers, West Highland White Terriers, Dalmatians, Poodles, English Setters, Irish Setters, Boxers, and Bulldogs, among others, although any dog may be affected. Even mixed breeds may suffer from atopy.
