Well guess what guys... Logan broke my left hand. So idk how the vet visit will end up....I have to have surgery, its a nasty spiral break.
Oh, Tresa, I'm so sorry to hear that! Talk about bad luck. Now I'm sending get well wishes for both you and Logan. Wish there was something else I could do to help.
Wishing you both wellness - Tresa, your courage is unbelievable yet totally understandable - like others, I wish there was more I could do other than send healing thoughts to you both.
I was jogging him and he pulled his stupid slam on the brakes to shit in the middle of the road move without warning. The leash broke my hand...the bone connected to my middle finger was twisted and snapped and my finger dislocated. I fixed my finger myself right after it happened.
I don't know anyone who'd even think about handling him....I'll ask my dad to try and see if any K9 handlers would help me...one of his friends is a retired K9 handler, maybe he could help us.
Now what?
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
Well, maybe he doesn't need to go to the vet right now. If you have a diagnosis (prostatitis) and you have done castration+ wks of antibiotics, and that is the therapy, there may not be any more that is offered, perhaps a change of antibiotics --- this could be based on a urine specimen, which you could take in.
Unless change in the diagnosis is anticipated, Logan may just have to chill and heal on his own.
Time cures most problems, especially if a good antibiotic is offered along with it.
