They really did not have to do it, but still they were kind enough to look at my situation through a youtube video and send me a replacement DVD free of cost including shipping. I was away from my city home for the past 20 days and I came back yesterday and was greeted by the leerburg package. THANK YOU CONNIE SUTHERLAND AND RYAN KONWINSKI !!!!

I agree with you that Leerburg's customer service is excellent. I have to add that your video explaining the problem was awesome! It was detailed but concise.
