I've seen this in the past.
Being left handed myself, I understand the right brain vs left brain thing and that brings up the question. Can dogs be left tailed vs right tailed? That would upend a study like this.
I'm a southpaw too, Amber appears to prefer her left paw for all activities. When we had our excellent bike path day friends husband commented on her carrying her tail to the right( mentioned that study), she almost always carries it with the tip draped over her left hock. I do think she had an injury to the tip of it before I got her, so although she is strongly left pawed, she also appears strongly right tailed.
