The capacity will depend somewhat on the kind of meat---how tightly it can be packed into the freezer. Cut-up chicken parts can be packed more tightly than whole chickens, for example.
I think a 300 LT (10 cu ft) freezer would likely hold 100 kg, (220 lbs.) if it is packed very tightly. In the real world, there will be some unused space because the packages you buy won't fit perfectly. There will be extra unusable space in the freezer. But you will have no problem holding a month's worth of food (25 kg.)
I do packages (gallon zip lock freezer bags) of 2-3 meals per bag when I freeze them. I then then place 5-6 of these bags in plastic grocery store bags & tie them up tight & place in the freezer. That makes them easier to store tightly together in the freezer.
I purchase 40 lb cases of fresh meats.... chicken leg quarters, necks(chicken & turkey), chicken backs, duck necks, gizzards, organ meats, pork, beef, turkey etc. Depending on what I have left & need...some things I get every time others depending on what I still have on hand. I package everything the day that I pick them up at the restaurant supplier. Takes me about 2 hours at the most start to finish. I have a friend that often helps me. I usually get close to 200 lbs at a time & that last me 3- 3 1/2 months with 2 GSDs.
I don't turn them or anything;..just place the bags in the freezer. Since they are bagged...there is no 'block' freezing.
If I remember correctly... my freezer is an upright 23 cu foot size. Wish I had the room for a chest freezer...they hold more food.

On a smaller scale (2 weeks at a time, because of small freezer), I do it the way Anne does.
