I agree fully, Duane. I will try and observe and adjust my way of training and/or playing to each individual dog. I've already seen transition in drive in my "phlegmatic" pit. Thanks to the advices from the courses and experienced people from the Webboard or the Forums of the courses, this is for me already a great success. She doesn't play yet, but she is so incredibly more lively during training. She is motivated by my better way of handling and I'm motivated by seeing how she's having fun. Yes, this is mutual feedback, I'll read it and hope she's Reading it too. Thanks!
