It is so awfully shocking to see how people can do so little against nature's forces, although they all give their best. We have the destroyed areas and thousands thousands of human and animal tragedies. It is difficult to bear just from far in (seeming) safety, but what those people and animals have or had to bear is inimaginable.
I wasn't able to open your link, Connie, something's wrong with our provider here. Can you give an addresss, account or something where to donate without any scoundrel benefits from it? Although we are living in Brazil far from the threatened area at the moment, we are directly near the rain forest and in summer time in case we have strong droughts something like this could happen to us too. Inimaginable!
