First snow in CNY, or at least where I am. Maybe 3 or 4 inches.
First snow of the year for the mutts. How quickly they adapt. Play time will create a few trails. Finding a tossed toy will be a bit more challenging, though the two males seem to have scenting down to a science. Finding the toy in the snow challenges their determination.
And the occasional snowball drives them nuts.
Should melt in a few days, unless another round of lake effect snow drifts in, no pun intended.
With Thanksgiving Day fast upon us, a time to reflect on the good fortunes that are with us even in bad times.
Happy Thanksgiving.

And a most HAPPY THANKSGIVING to you & all of yours, two-legged & four-legged, Mike
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! No snow here other than a few flurries a couple of days that did not stay on the ground. After very dry conditions over the summer and first part of fall, we have gotten over five inches of rain so far in the month of November. I'm just grateful it wasn't snow. It would be a little over four feet of the white stuff!
Happy Thanksgiving for you all, although a bit late. Seems to be a huge feast in US.I watched it on TV and had a great laughter about all those ideas.
We too have this feast, but it isn't a holiday any more. People have to work. Decades ago It was a free day but without such huge turbulances.
I think i'm falling back a bit into my childhood. I'd love to build with some people a huge snowman again or/and an igloo. Or enter in a violent snow fight. Would be fun for the dogs too, I bet.
