Go back to the IPO foundation training as you would with a pup.
ie., on line and target the sleeve...if she's not consistent on the front...it's very unlikely to be 'predictable' and she's unlikely to take the proper target on an escape...Go back and do things one step at a time as you would with a pup that has no previous experience.
Also modify the training so that she becomes more oriented on the sleeve (as opposed to man/suit/body) and make sure that EVERY time she takes a bite...it's where it's supposed to be. Never allow her to take a 'bad' bite (or a bite that would be considered 'bad' in IPO).
She first has to learn what you want from her, and to do that; every session must be consistent and predictable for her.
I dought that she will ever be completly safe for the sleeve.
If the first thing she learned was the suit, (sholder area) that will always be her fall back area. If she ever feals the sleeve is not right , (especially on the escape) she will revert back to the arm pit or the sholder.

She did not do any bite work in a month now (since i got her, only first day i gave her few bites) because i want to get a bond with her and some basic obediance. Whell she almost nailed me for teasing with ball first week i had her, now we can work with ball. Tug is still nono because she flips totaly and when she sees helper she is nuts.
I will start what Brigita sugested in a week or so when we get basics of obediance down.
I think that you are in a hurry to get her on the sleeve I would slow down some and start with a tug or pillow to teach her to target properly. If you go thru the steps carefully (not nesesarilly slowly ) you can get good results. I was taught to use a tug at this stage and do trades with it. With every jump in equipment you get more excitement and a little less control of the placement. start with the tugs, do the trades, then the pillow things and then the sleeve. Never rush with the foundation work. theres a lot more than what I wrote but it's just a rough outline. Cheers
