I'm doing a little bit of my own personal research on the Dobsen Method. I know very little of this old school technique & would like to know more. Any opinions on this? Good or bad? How 'bout experiences? If any?
As I do have a few more questions. If anyone knows, I'll ask then. I have talked about this on other boards, but people just never heard of this & thought my boyfriends' trainer was making it up as he went along with the training. One question though too?
Just how many techniques are there to use in OB with personal protection?
I am closing this thread. There is no DODSON METHOD OF DOG TRAINING anymore than there is a FRAWLEY METHOD OF DOG TRAINING. This is foolish.
In my opinion anyone who claims something like this is either arrogant, or a fool, or a little too much of a self promoter for me - or all of the above.
As far as the question on how many methods of obedience training are there - the answer is How many dog trainers are there out there? Thats how many methods of dog training there is.
