We have just about finished the editing of a new 1 hour training DVD on how to perform an artifical insemination on your dog.
I have performed between 250 and 300 AI's on dog in my kennel. This DVD passes along my experience in breeding.
I was trained to do AI's by a Vet who was a good friend. This is not a difficult thing to do and once you have the training and the correct equipment you will see that you too can do AI's.
This DVD is divided into a number of sections. They are:
The equipment needed to so an artifical insemination
How to look at and read vaginal smears in your kennel
How to collect a stud dog
How to handle the semen once it has been collected
How to insert the cathader
How to inseminate the female
How to handle the female after the insemination
How to clean and sterilize the insemination equipment
