You seem to hear alot about Dutch and Belgium Mals but very few people go to the French Ring dogs. Is there much difference between the Dutch, Belgium and French dogs?

Hi Chris, with respect, as I like all three countries dogs that you mentioned.
IMHO, the Dutch breed to other breeds to facilitate a program, the Belgians for a purpose and the French to a standard.
Now try to find the breeder amongst them all that will tell you the truth about the gens in behind?

Judge the dog for the dog and not the country it comes from. I've met plenty of French line dogs that were just as hard and street worthy as any Dutch dog. As for what Jerry said about pedigrees...right on brother..LOL..show me a 100% correct Mal pedigree and I'll show you a bridge for sale connecting Manhattan to Brooklyn ..LOL
And all the rest the big MH with wide pig style nose mostly with much black in face and nek and may have a white stip on the chest.
Those are french ring styled MH.
I checked ones the pedigree of Utamarou Des Deux Pottois as far as I could offcourse and this one has some Tervuren, little Groenendeal and Black MH in it.
