Dual registration is fairly easy. UKC basically accepts AKC registered Staffs. The AKC will not accept UKC registration unless it's changed. It's a simple process, picture, pedigree and someone looks at the dog, etc.

What you are describing is the process for an ILP with the AKC (Indefinite Listing Privledge). It isn't the same as a regestration. It allows the dog to participate in perfomance trials (Obedience, Tracking, etc), but would not provide for the regestration of progeny from the dog.

You are correct in regards to the AKC. I was not clear in what I was trying to say. As far as the UKC you can dual register an AKC dog, breed and the offspring will register UKC American Pitbull Terrier. There is also the Purple Ribbon Bred designation.
