Any commets on him. I am thinking about buying a few pups from this dog. I have heard of two nice dogs in Germany that are off of him. One is 19 months and Sch2 with V scores, and not on his own field, or from a buddy judge. Wanted some more feed-back before going any further though. I am told that he is producing some nice dogs in Belgium that are strong for Schutzhund and Police Service work.
I know of a Troll son for sale here in the USA. He is also 19 months old and has SUPER-high prey drive. However, the breeder/owner says he lacks fight drive for street work.
I had the opportunity to work (as helper) a Troll son yesterday. I was very impressed with this dog. It was a year old. Very nice drives, prey and defense both present and well balanced for a pup this age. He was very forward with active aggression, and excellent grips and barking. Very clear in the eyes. Not locked in prey, eyes always clear and on me, even while gripping and fighting me on the sleeve. This was the first time this dog was at our field and there were probably 15 to 20 people around with no effect on the dog or it's work. He also had a very nice temperment off the field. I would take this dog if it was offered to me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I don't know the mother lines, but if this is representative of Troll v haus Melinda progeny, I like them.
I would be interested in knowing not only about Troll, but his brother Task. Has anyone worked, seen, evaluated any dogs out of Task? Are the drives similar to those produced by his brother?
