Please, please - I was wondering whether any of you DDR lines experts out there could tell me if (in their opinion) this dog is a good prospect.(links below). The dog will be trained in SchH.
It would be particularly helpful if anyone knows any information about the Sire.
I am looking to import this dog from Germany into the UK and the owner is quite brief in his communication as he knows I don't speak German well and his english isn't good either.

Sarah, I have a 11 week old puppy sired by Sven, I really like him a lot, very intelligent, but soft. The picture of Lucy appears to be a photo of Sven the sire. For a picture of Sven go to this web site Timberhausk9. Sven is a grandson of Alf v Kornersee. Jill Frost had a litter from Sven, she can tell you more about that litter. She is at Timberhaus k9 in Washington State. PS only took a week and a half to house train this puppy. Very Territorial for a pup his age. Hope this helps a little. Good Luck
I'm pretty sure that the photo of Lucy is not a photo of her sire, although I know this sort of thing happens. I have seen several photos of Lucy and her litter sister Leila from 6 months to 14 months. They do resemble their sire strongly.

Yes that's Sven - thanks. I'm still hoping that others here have had experience of him, seen him work, seen his offspring or even had dealings with the vom Odland kennel. I need to be very sure about this purchase.
