Quick question... Is it ok to give broth to dogs with their dog food? I know of the broth cubes in the freezer thing but is it ok to mix it with their kibble? If so can it be any broth (pork, chicken, beef) or is one better than the other?
WHy wouldn't it be ok unless it was the commercial stuff that is full of salt.
When I fed kibble, I always soaked the food --- or at least checked to make sure it would not swell up in water before I fed it -- if it expanded I never fed it unless I had soaked it for at least 30 minutes and it makes it's own "broth' that way too.
I feed Canidae All Stages. Im not sure how good it is compared to what you fed. So is broth from pork, chicken and beef all equally good, or ok for him?
Nope dont cook with onions I HATE onions except onion rings! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Anyways... thanks for the help. So far he really likes the pork broth in his kibble I have not yet tried beef or chicken.
