Poor animals....not condoning either, but poor dogs.
I'd be so scared I'd get caught and lose my license, I just couldn't. Makes me sad because I've seen plenty tied up and left to die lonely.
Thats just a few steps away from becoming eco/ALF-terrorists. They say that that sociopaths start by abusing animals, well eco/Alf terrorists start off the same way the people in that article did.
There are a lot of strange people in the Dog world (the movie "Dog Show" is a good example), unfortunately I often think the strangest of the strange end up in the "rescue" field. If I were a dog, the last people I think I would want making assesments of my safety, happiness, would be some of these so called "rescuers". And they are certainly the last ones I would want "taking" care of me. Unfortunately, these days its really really hard to tell which "rescues" are staffed by the likes of the BTK killer and which ones are staffed by sane people.
Hmmm, on one hand I agree with the vietnamese farmer's right to eat the damned dog, on the other
I've read this guy's book and enjoyed it, though
I've never considered that getting a rescue might also be employing theives, I wonder why hasn't he?
So let me get this straight, somebody can decide you don't treat your dog right, tresspass and steal it justifying it as a rescue, and petfinder's has unwittingly assisted in transporting stolen goods across state lines?
And people wonder why people want dogs that eat people?
