hi all,
it looks like raquetballs are a fun, durable chew toy for dogs. is there any reason not to let them chew them? im worried they are too good to be true!
thanks,
Michelle
Being someone who play lots of racquetball, even a little at the pro level, I would not recomend letting dogs chew on them. They are glued together with the same material used in tennis balls which can damage the dogs teeth. In addition, the balls are tough only as long as they are not punctured in any way. Once there is a little tear or hole, say goodbye to the ball being intact. I would think that little pieces of rubber would not treat your dogs GI tract very well. Hope that helps.
