Hi, for those who don't know me, my name is Graeme Jones and I'm a Police Dog handler and Instructor in the UK. I specialise in Tactical Firearms (SWAT) and Explosives detection and am currently training the UK's first Mally for explo. I'm a helper at a local Schutzhund club, but after my Police work, my first love is KNPV and I've been fortunate enough to train in Holland as a decoy. I'm planning on visiting the USA (no particular State yet) with my girlfriend in late April/early May and wondered if anyone had any good ideas on a suitable location. Ideally I would love to visit a working kennel/club and perhaps a Police K9 Department. We'd also like to do a bit of horse riding as that is my girlfriends passion. We pay our way, so details of a local hotel would be good too. I will reciprocate to anyone wishing to visit the UK in the future. Help a dogman anyone?

Look for a trainer that is active with police depts as well on a consistent basis. There are a lot of trainer out there (alebit good) that only train a bit with the PDs and /or place dogs.
The clubs in Bowling Green are not that active and Ivan just moved there down the road from Gene.
There are some contacts in CA as well, just south of San Fransicso. Let me know if you need info.
