I brought Ava home. She's better. She has a couple knots on the top of her heads. The vet and vet tech said she had been hallucinating and acting psychotic. Lunging and attacking the cell they had her in. They want me to watch her kidneys. They were afraid because she hadn't urinated today. I told the vet tech, she is a very clean dog and wouldn't pee in a confined area unless she had to. I took her for a walk and she let loose a river.
Her eyes are very glassy and a little slow to respond. It's like she's stoned. Her gait is funny she's walking with her butt tucked and on her toes. I am so happy to have her home.The first thing she did was run to Donut's crate. Then circle the house at top speed looking for him.

I know you'll follow all the vet's instructions carefully to detox her. That poor thing. She'll miss Donut, as will you. My heart is with you.
