Uhmmm...thank for your "2 cents". Your "2 cents" are more valuble than a million dollar. Just thought to let you know. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I do see feel his ribs easily. He has a heavy bone density so I think his 80% of weight comes from his bones.
I can even feel his spinal and from what I know that is bad and can cause hip problems later in life (perhaps I am wrong).
I don't know if I can see his ribs. I know I should know the answer to this question.
I will take your opinion on eggs. Is Organ meat more in protein/ fat than the muscle meet. How is the meaty portion? Should I increase that in %??
Hello Rashmi,
As far as the ribs go I just like to see a "shadow". When my dog was around that age and weight the ribs would feel a little fatter then the back of my hand. Of course bone structure and muscle mass will play a part, that's why weight doesn't mean much to me.

I feed more meaty bones then your feeding. I don't know if I can tell you + this % etc. I feed a handful of this, a few backs etc. I then make changes based on stool quality and weight. For example if I add chicken hearts I would not add an egg. I might up the bone to meat ratio to keep a solid stool on that day.
See whats best on his stomach and branch out from there.
