my 5month mal started mouthing his ball when circling. he's never done this before. is this because he is teething? the dvd tells to run faster to stop this but im almost sprinting by figure of speaking...
The 5th month is a good month to work on ob. Teething is starting and getting a good month of working on other things won't hurt at all. They have lots of energy so I like to start working the send away, and work on tracking and ob. once the teeth are all in you can go back. Always remember that there is more ob than bitework in a trial.
Took my female Mal pup about 6 weeks to fully get thru teething . First thing you'll notice besides blood on the tug is she/he will start biting with the rear teeth. Just go to OB, socialization type work in the mean time.
