I have owned, trained and bred dogs for 45 years. In the last 30 years I have bred over 350 litters of German Shepherd puppies. This experience has resulted in my knowing a thing or two about how to housetrain a dog. This web page was created to help new pet owners find the information they need to learn to housetrain their dog or puppy.
With this said, I always caution new dog owners about who they listen to for advice on dog training. I am constantly pointing out that "EVERYONE HAS AN OPINION on how to train your dog - just ask your relatives, you neighbors and your friends." The problem is very few people have the EXPERIENCE to offer sound advice. This is why there is so much bad and inaccurate information being passed out.
Dog training is not a hobby for me, it's a way of life. The information in my dog training DVD's and on my web site is based on 45 years of owning dogs, living with dogs and training dogs.
