Leerburg's Affordable Rainbow Prong Collar is an economical alternative to some of the bigger name brand prongs, such as Herm Sprenger. Our prong collars come at nearly 1/3 the price of other prong collars while still producing the same result. Your dog will learn to "yield to the leash" just as well as any other brand name prong collar.

These Stainless Steel iridescent collars create a fun and flashy look. Because of how they are made, no collar looks the same! The swivel D ring allows your leash to move freely and prevents it from getting tangled. The tips of these prongs are rounded, and each collar comes with rubber caps for added comfort if wanted.

Important

Leerburg strongly recommends using a backup collar any time you use a prong collar. Prong collars can come apart (especially if not fitted properly). With a backup collar, you can ensure that your dog will remain leashed. We recommend using a Dominant Dog Collar as a backup. Paired alongside with the Prong Collar Leash, your backup leash won't interfere with prong collar corrections. A retractable leash should not be used with prong collars.

I bought this for the color and the description made me think it was of comparable quality to the other collars on the market. The color is beautiful however the design and quality of the collar itself is not what I expected and I will not be using it. It is going to end up in the garbage.

I expected the link length and hardware to be a similar size to the 2.25 HS collar and they are much bigger, more like the 3.0 mm size hardware and link length . This is way too big and bulky for my medium sized dog.

The prong tips are sharp/rough and I am glad they included the tip covers to avoid scratching or irritating my dog if I ended up liking it.

The way the links are bent (prongs spread wide apart) make it really hard to get links on and off compared to other brands. My sensitive dog panicked when I was struggling to get it off of her and poking her in the process. I tried to throw on a quick release buckle to maybe salvage its usability but the awkward bending of the angles made it possible for me to put any size buckle on.

Save your money up to buy a major brand collar instead of these economical collars.
