GOOD INFO- thanks. But need to be able to speed up the video deceivers speed - listen at 1.25X or 1.5 x.

Great info!!! I have a GSP who I swear has ADHD and I know short sessions and breaking things down works but sometimes you forget and then you have a frustrating training session. Great reminder and advice!!!
