I have been doing artificial inseminations on my own dogs since the late 1980s, I don't know how many times I have done an AI but certainly between 250 to 300 times. I currently have a success rate of well over 90%. Our 1 hour DVD shows how we collect a stud dog an immediately inseminate one of our females at our kennel. This DVD does not show breeders how to handle chilled or frozen semen. This DVD is divided into a number of sections. They are: 1. The equipment needed to so an artificial insemination 2. How to look at and read vaginal smears in your kennel 3. How to collect a stud dog 4. How to handle the semen once it has been collected 5. How to insert the catheter 6. How to inseminate the female 7. How to handle the female after the insemination 8. How to clean and sterilize the insemination equipment (Step 8 is not necessary with Leerburg AI Kits)

Breeding
I have a female (day 13) that is still bleeding but standing for my male. Should I let them breed? I couldn’t find any vet in my area to perform AI. First time for both and having issues. Thanks

Ed Frawley has been teaching me since the early nineties. He’s an authority on the GSD and Michael Ellis is the best. I have years of experience and this video was very helpful, I will watch it again and it’s worth the price to get that kind of knowledge.

Using Leerburgs method of artificial insemination I've had 98% success rate. The 2% that didn't take were ones where there was an issue with the breeding female. Best videos on the market! I highly recommend!

Very detailed, step-by-step explanation with clear video demonstration on how to inseminate a dog with fresh semen. This is by far the best video I have seen on performing artificial insemination on canines.
