Leerburg has started using shipping peanuts that are made out of starch. This means they can be eaten (which Ed does is this short video) and they will not cause a bowel obstruction on your pets.
It also means that when they go into a land fill they will dissolve in seconds once they come in contact with water. You will see this in this short video.

Good video and the peanuts are a great idea. Will there be a follow-up so we know Ed did not develop a bowel obstruction?
