My puppy had this when she was a pup. If I remember correctly, it was an infection. It had to be treated with medication from my vet. It was no big deal, but do have her checked out by your vet. It can become a worse infection if left untreated.
Hope this helps, Brandi
I would say get her into the vet. One of my dogs had this as a pup and it was a UTI. You will need antibiotics to treat it.

Mine had the same thing as well. I kept taking her to the vet, but they'd just tell me she was fine. I had a urinalysis done months ago and it came back fine, so I couldn't figure out the problem, and the vet insisted there WAS no problem.
Well, about a month ago I finally sort of took things into my own hands, got some advice about what specifically to ask for, and went back and told them I wanted blood taken, another urinalysis, and a swab. Finally, the swab showed an infection, so they gave me antibiotics, and I haven't noticed the slime since!
Puppies can sometimes have vaginitis. It might come back once treated, but usually goes away after the first heat if I remember correctly. Not a big deal as long as you have it treated and don't let it get out of hand.
