Can anyone suggest a brand of raw dogfood that is available in Germany that is the frozen sausage, frozen pattie type, or dehydrated raw meals? Thanks for any input!
Besides raw chicken drumsticks, quarters, turkey necks, etc, I feed my dog Nature's Variety raw frozen patties which has a distributor in Munich: http://www.naturesvariety.com/where_intl.lasso
Don't know what varieties are carried there, but they have venison, rabbit, chicken, lamb, etc.
Patti, yes, Lear is a Cak son. How did you know?! Cool Got pics to share of your Congo son? We have a Members and Bio section where you can post a pic, as well as putting one in your signature line
You're welcome for the link - hope you have easy access to the food.
Sandy, Good advice. I'll price the Nature's Variety frozen raw when I get there. It looks super! I REALLY want to find pre-packaged raw there. I have some disabilities that make DIY raw tough.. but, want to do this as affordably as I can in Germany.
I'm a real fan of Cak. What a stunning dog your Lear is!!! Obviously, you're doing everything right with him.
If anyone else has any further suggestions for premade raw in Germany, I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks!
Darn... it looks like they don't sell the raw there, just the Prairie variety of the Nature's Variety kibble. Anyone know any prepackaged raw in Germany?
Greetings,
I currently live in Germany and have found a very good brand of natural food for my dog, it is sold in Fressnapf stores, link added above. They sell a food called real nature, link also added above, made from beef, lamb or game. If you are American as I am the web page is in German but you can translate it using yahoo translator. Hope this helps.

Well darn! Hopefully the links Kimberly Fleming gave you will be a source for you.
As far as doing everything right with Lear, I wish! But we take it slow and he's so very forgiving and undaunted as I learn to manage and bring out the best in a high drive, live-to-work/eat/play dog. I just love my guy, he's such a buddy to me.
