upstatepit Webboard User Reg: 04-20-2002 Posts: 12 Loc: Offline	Just wondering--what kind of obedience can you expect from a very high-drive (food,prey)10 wk old malinois pup? We've had him two weeks and think he's very special so we were wondering what's typical? Can any of you give me an idea about where the pup should be? Thanks, Bob

My pup was doing amazing obd at 10 weeks, at least to me anyway... to a super trainer mabey not so good.... it's all relitive. Leute mögen Hunde, aber Leute LIEBEN ausgebildete Hunde!

RobertR Webboard User Reg: 04-16-2002 Posts: 168 Loc: Offline	sit and down for food/toy. I had mine sit and bark for food to imprint that behavoir (for blind search). From my understanding you don't train puppies but imprint them. SO, I guess triaing starts for reall about 6 months. Robert
