I have an 11 week old male GSD, he got a hold of an old small blanket which i have allowed him to play with from time to time. When he plays with the blanket he continually mounts it, will this make him more dominate and agressive towards other people/family members?
I have a 2.5 year old gsd and as a pup he did the same thing. I found that he did grow out of it. As long as you continue with good socilization you should not have a problem and he should grow out of it. not to worry.
Years ago I had a neutered golden retriever and he did the same thing for a lot of his life. It did seem to diminish as he got older but I don't remember the habit ever disappearing completely. He never got to the point where he was compulsive about it though, he'd just do it once in a while.
As for it making a dog dominant...nope, it wasn't a dominance thing, I think it just felt good <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Yep, it is always a good thing when you have the boss or the in-laws to be coming over...
Had a friend with a boston terrier that had a stuffed animal he "used"... Personally, I found it rather disgusting, because he went "all the way" and would drag that ucky thing everywhere...
Study have shownn that the more you do it the less chance of getting prostate cancer in human, so might be a good thing for your dog, although at 11 weeks he is already like this, I wonder what he is like when he mature.
