Nothing exciting -- just slipped during training* -- but what with trying to keep it elevated, I'm taking it easy with computer work for a couple of days and it's backing up my PMs.
Just wanted to explain the delays (which I'm sure have been annoyingly obvious).

Your next computer needs to be a laptop...
(Sorry about the ankle...mine are prone to twisting and I know what a drag it is...)
I sprained mine a few months back too. At least training is a noble reason (well I guess no circumstances are good). Mine was on a loose stair board that flipped up and smacked my knee in the process.
The internal swelling was incredible for no outward injury. This was just after it started going down. Had to finally send a picture to my mom.
Note the muck mark. Something about an injury like this that the dogs just seemed to want to be a part of. Echo is very agile and usually extremely confident of his foot placement. It seemed all my boys thought nothing of stepping on the twisted ankle foot, in fact I think they often sought it out.
CJ, you took the words right out of my mouth (er, my fingers). Just saw this thread and thought to myself I'll have to tell Connie, at least you were injured for a noble reason. It's not like you just tripped over your own two feet (as I am prone to do).
Anyway, I hope your dogs appreciate you, considering the hazards of dog training and all.
