More idiotic insanity from yet another legal Menace -- A horse that is mis-handled, mis-managed, mis-treated can be made Dangerous, and might even become Vicious ... But to deem the ENTIRE species as such is Beyond Stupidity.
Definitely some kind of BS. Scares me to think a judge can be that ignorant.
Once again, the cat lovers get off scot-free. By this example, wouldn't a Siamese cat be considered a "vicious" animal? You should have seen the marks my last cat left on my little sister.
The original ruling judge should have to do barn chores for a month to correct his stupidity! (Shaking head & sighing)
This coming from a very serious herd leader horse owner (for 26 years) that was not particularly people friendly ...that even with that said.....still didn't kick or BITE without provocation.....with the exception of a few people thru the years that he really didn't like at all & had good reason for it.

In my world, standing in front of or behind any horse you don't have a relationship with is provocation enough. People that don't understand this need to be banned from the barn. I've seen people kicked out of barns for simply not paying attention to where they were walking.
How about protecting your child, instead of suing after the "unthinkable" has happened.
