The OP is in India, which may change the situation about prevalence of intestinal parasites and routine deworming. I don't know. It may also depend on how the dog is kept--if it has a lot if freedom and access to other dogs or animals.
I spent several weeks traveling around India last year, and many Indian people have different thoughts about dog-keeping than those of is in the US. Most dogs I saw seemed quite happy to roam free, but that also exposes them to different issues than we deal with here. And I also saw some dogs that were kept in ways similar to how many of us do--as house pets that have limited interaction with other possibly infected dogs.
If the OP could give us as much info as possible about his particular dog and situation (including vet diagnoses) that would help.
The medication which you are giving treats tapeworm, hookworm, whipworm and round worm.
It is a very effective good product. Strong. Modern. You must not use it in a pregnant dog, however.
How often you give the product depends upon what your dog's exposure to worms is. If she is around other dogs, street type dogs, or if she eats mice or rats, or if she is kept in a kennel with other dogs you might want to deworm her a few times a year, just to be on the safe side. If she is pretty much on leash, in your home and eats only what you give her, limited contact with other pets, then you don't have to deworm very often.
Taking a sample of her poop into your veterinarian each year could give you a better idea.
