my 6 month old Sasha was sick yesterday. she had a stomache ache, i thought. she was throwing up and very sluggish yesterday. i thought it was just a bad stomach ache, due to the heat or something. she was drinking a little bit of her water but not food. i told my self that if she is like that today i will take her to the vet to see what they say.
i put her out on the porch last night, along with her crate with the door open, which she crawled in immediately. i put the baby to bed and then went out there ith her for about ten minutes telling her she would feel better soon. and she is such a good girl.
this morning i wake up to find that she squeezed her self out of her collar and i thought at first some one stole her or she ran over to the neighbors nasty outside dog and she's playing around. i put my shoes on and stepped out the porch door and i see her laying over in the grass.
she was the best dog anyone could ever have. full of energy, attentive, very obedient, tough little girl who just started to show her protectiveness for her home. loved to play and loved to be affectionate. i don't know what could have stole my little girls life in one day, but god rest her soul, i will never find another like her.
you guys are great. thankyou for your prayers and thoughts.
i had so many plans for the two of us. i was kind os sad that there was no schutzland club around here because she would be great i thought..
i got intouch with the local k9 unit at the precinct and found out yesterday that there is one about 10 miles from here. i was so happy...
my boys are young and it's kind of difficult to explain that she is not going to get back up,ever..
i'm going to miss her so much..i wish i would have kept her inside last night. i have no idea what could have happened to her.

Loosing a dog is always tough. Loosing a puppy is something I can't even comprehend. They become as much a part of our family as anyone and I feel sorry for the people who don't understand that. You will never replace that puppy in your heart, but if you love dogs(you wouldn't be here if you didn't) then there is a lot more room in your heart for another. Once again, Sorry for your loss
Sorry for your loss. Everyone on this board can feel your grief. I remember Ikor quoting someone” the biggest fault of dogs is that the life is to short” for you and your pup way to short. Life doesn’t make any sense, don't try to second guess yourself.
