I'm employed for a company that could utilize K-9's in an effective and pro-active manner for doing business. The upper management says that they can't use dogs because of the "liability" of K-9's. I feel after all of the discussions and conversations with them, they're basically saying, "we don't understand dogs, and don't want to because we'll make less money."

Does anyone know of a website where I can get the startup costs, business plans and a proposal letter explaining WHY they should include K-9's in their security measures ?
