I have permission from Ed to post this here, because of all the hits he gets daily, this is word that HAS to get out.
I urge all of you to write your congressman, and tell them to introduce a bill that would protect the funerals and funeral routes of soldiers killed in action from cold heartless ignorant protests that glorify the fact that American soldiers are dying. This is a right that I and the rest of the armed forces give to these people, but we should not be victims of the very freedoms we provide to people. This is sick, and 1st amendmant or not, they have to do something about this. Please spread this to as many people as you can about this. Whether you agree with the war or not, this soldier is a soldier and doesn't determine wars worthy of fighting, they fight when told to fight. furthermore, it's better to attract them all there and kill as many as we can, as thats less floating around the rest of the world. When you go to this site click on the headlines under love crusades, and to get your blood going for this look under photos of how they have protested in eye sight of the family and on the Hurse route, with signs like "Thank God for dead soldiers, and thank God for IED's at soldiers funerals killed by IED's and all kinds of other sh-it. Below is the website.
If they hate the USA so much...just leave! One of my good friends husband died in Iraq about a year ago and his funeral was the most touching funeral I've ever been too. All though the route adults and children were sitting on their porches waving American flags showing their gratitude. My friend immensely appreciated that gesture from complete strangers. I couldn't imagine if those ungrateful b*st*rds showed up. It would have made a tough situation even harder. I just don’t understand where they are coming from….lot of those pictures you see children holding signs….it’s just horrible and it makes me sick
OMG I just went to there websight and these people are insane. I can not even fathom how any one could connect our lose of our brave men and women in Iraq to homosexuality
I just looked thru there web sight photos of recent protest and the biggest group they could muster was nine including thier children. If anybody here on this forum is from in Indiana could hold maybe a counter protest or sling dog poop or something that might help. or not, These A holes are trying to get on CNN/Aljeezera and a violent confrontation would suit them just fine. So sap them when they go back to there crap box cars when the news crews leave. just some wishful thinking
Idiots like these are why I keep my rotten eggs & urine mixture happily fermenting away in my garage.
I wish they'd protest down here - Chris and I would pay them a visit, for sure.

This people are crazy! I just cant believe the things i just read on there, people like that make me sick to my stomach, this has NOTHING to do with religion and NOTHING to do with God! I cant believe how ignorant, stupid and small-minded people can be!
Yes, if ever there was such a thing as to much freedom, this is a prime example. Thats one of the draw backs that you have to let sickos like them voice their opinions just to keep the rightous able to voice theirs. Sometimes Freedom sucks. But I we are as close as we are going to get in having a goverment that will do something about this. Could be wishful thinking but just maybe they can find laws or invent some to atleast protect the funerals and visible routes from anti-soldier protest and atleast for soldiers who have died in action. Knowing realistically know one will want to touch the 1st amendment, I think that can be practical, that has to violate the rights somehow of the soldier and his family. Nevertheless it's worth a shot, let our congressman figure it out, thats what we pay them for. If you guys have time please inform your congressmen about this, and tell them to find a way to introduce a bill to protect the funerals and routes of soldiers killed in action.
