Awesome pix!!! I love the scenery too! They all were just instinctively drawn to the worst of it weren't they? Now I have got a better idea of what he looks like and he reminds me of Buck in the cartoon version of Call of the Wild. That was a favorite movie when I was a kid.
Off topic: hey CJ did you see the cartoon pic of Vince in the silver mal thread?
Hee, hee, that caught my attention.
I did mean to get back to this thread, some days it's hard to get past the last 24 hours of stuff. I like that Connie does that bumping thing. You too, just a little differently.
And wow, isn't that an interesting cartoon drawing. Staring at Vince every day, he looks quite different to me but the black and tan is certainly in the right places. I can definitely see where you're drawing the resemblances. I don't know about those red ears though.
And how cool is that that he reminds you of a child hood favorite. He's a pretty special favorite of mine too. I'll bet that dusty Dutchy has carved a pretty big spot in your heart's hall of fame as well.
And who says dogs don't love baths. Mud baths, dust baths, grass baths and even a little chemical bath when pools are freshly cleaned hey Joyce. With them shedding right now, I notice a lot more rolling around.
And yeah, we live in a pretty nice province up here. Don't have to go far to get into some really beautiful areas.
LOL he was very pleased....like "look at me, now you have to vacuum me again" He likes being vacuumed.
Thanks you guys...sandy dusty soil is perfect for rolling in he says. He needs a sandbox.
Don't feel bad. My pit bull thinks gravel is the best thing ever to roll in. She really loves to grind her spine against the rocks. I have no idea how she does it. This is also the same dog that pouts if I take her out to potty and the grass is damp.
Re: Samantha
Ouch rocks? Kind of like Logan not afraid of any sound, not fireworks, canons, sirens in NYC.....but man lawnmowers are killers!
Re: CJ
The cartoon picture is from the actual movie I used to watch. One of the few cartoon kid movies that I really liked (like Watership Down and Princess Naussica). I dunno why they made the ears red but oh well. But the pix of Vince reminded me of that dog, flashback I guess.
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
