It's 9pm here now, she is quiet and on the sofa with Sam wrapped up in a throw for comfort, wags her tail when we talk to her, she is such a sweet girl...
Will let you know whats what tomorrow, if there is any change at all in the night, I will get the vet out.

I hope all is well for the night. I know how much you love your girl. They can really scare us, that's for sure.
More good thoughts headed your way - sincerely hoping you have an uneventful night, but to me, it sure sounds like something serious is amiss, and Sugar needs a full vet exam to make sure she's not in harm's way... (I'm not a vet either though )
It's often frightening when we notice our dogs "off" by more than we're comfortable with - but it's also a reminder of how perceptive we humans can be - a kind of subconscious observation that goes unnoticed until the tiniest of important details is out of alignment. These are sometimes things a vet wouldn't even notice off-hand, but YOU KNOW YOUR DOG - make sure you keep track and pass on any information that just doesn't feel right, given your girl's particular history of behavior and personality.

Tracey...don't take this the wrong way.
But I still think you should take her to the vet...regardless of wether she looks better to you today or not.
Something is amiss, and even though it may seem like she's ok to you, there is no way to know for sure that something isn't going on unless she's seen by a vet.
