She's a lovely pup so far. So freaking stable that is almost unbelieveable. We hit the dog bakery, a downtown area and the cider mill in a matter of 3 hours and she was on cloud nine. She is social without being overly interested in people and is ridiculously well-behaved (with little effort on my part lol). My male is a fearful dog and I'm so thankful to have this confident little bugger!

Well, I am back up to a trio of GSDs, but I've gone over the the dark side...my first West German Showline. I know, I know...but she comes from great lines.
I had the unique experience of being a part of her life since she was born, because my friend is the breeder. I know her sire, dam and several siblings and family members very well.
So, I introduce Qahlua vom haus Huro, who goes by Ayla (eye-la). Vigo and Kira thinks she's awesome. Especially Vigo thinks she is just too cool, which is wonderful, since he has some issues with unfamiliar dogs.
Right now, she's just busy being a puppy and learning the basics. Lots of socializing and fun stuff going on. She is an eager and quick learner.

EXCELLENT!
Extremely stable and confident dogs can also affect timid dogs in the pack in a good way, IME.

I bet it's a nice change of pace to have what seems to be an easier dog after a challenging dog. I'm sure most of us who have had multiple dogs in our lives would admit to some being easy, some not so easy. Of course, we love them all equally.
