That was his girlfriend, she's Russian (he's not, no accent). He is very accommodating and explains things very clearly. I know the drive is a bit of a pain, but if you go at a bit of an off hour, or against the traffic, it shouldn't be too bad.
12lbs at 5.5 weeks? That's pretty big!
My boss is really good about me adjusting my hours so between my boss and the trainer, I should be able to work something out.
Yep, she's going to be big'un. That's what you get when dad is almost 200 lbs and mom is 165 lbs. One of her littermates is already at 15 lbs. My breeder will be doing their official 6 week weigh in tomorrow (Fri) and on Saturday, I'll get to see her again and also meet the people that are getting the littermates.

The real reason we didn't know the last contest was because my son was in the hospital, I was having a few dental problems, and mostly because we had to do emergency bathroom remodeling on our ONLY bathroom. I hate having only one bathroom!!
But Connie, I'm not sure I would have done the first contest if I didn't have a computer tech for a son and an engineer husband. It does take time to video the behavior over and over until you get it right, and then get it uploaded onto some website. Teaching the behavior, to me, is way easier than the other parts of the contest! They call me a 'tech weenie' in this house!
